Congratulations to Jenny Reeves for becoming one of our Top 5 finalists! Moving from Philadelphia to San Francisco in 1995, Jenny began her career metalsmithing at City College of San Francisco and then in 2007 attended the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts where she completed the Graduate Jeweler program.
In 2009 Jenny started using Argentium sterling silver, its fusing properties allowing her to create her unique pieces. Now, using recycled precious metals, Jenny fuses layers of argentium sterling silver with gold, creating textured stone-like surfaces on her pieces.
Throughout her work you will find precious and semi-precious stones intermingled in her jewelry which she feels “bring the pieces to life”. Her collections are Geodes, Mokume Gane and Cobblestones & Pebbles.
Jenny teaches Argentium 1 and 2 at the Revere Academy and has been featured in Metalsmith magazine. Retail prices on her line on the Artful Home website range from $395 to $1295 and her jewelry is also available in fine galleries across the United States.
